A.D Construction undertakes a wide variety of civil and infrastructure projects and takes pride in delivering each one with unmatched efficiency, quality, and commitment. One of our landmark achievements is the Solid Waste Management Project in the city of Larkana, executed in collaboration with the Sindh Government. This initiative was a large-scale, high-impact project that not only brought practical change to the city’s sanitation and infrastructure systems but also set a new standard for solid waste management across Sindh.
Our team worked tirelessly to design and implement a comprehensive waste management system that would enhance operational efficiency and improve the environmental conditions in the region. The success of this project earned praise from both the public and government officials, establishing it as a model project for other cities in the province. A.D Construction is proud to be recognized as a pioneer of modern solid waste management in Sindh.
Mud Work and Leveling of GTS Site
We carried out extensive land development at the GTS (Garbage Transfer Station) site. Approximately 40 acres of land were properly leveled to create a stable foundation for further operations. This initial phase was critical for ensuring safe and effective future use of the space.
Clearance of Scrap and Leveling for Waste Disposal
Old, obsolete, and non-functional vehicles—previously lying abandoned—were removed from the area. These included vintage vehicles under the ownership of Solid Waste Management Larkana. Once cleared, the land was reclaimed and prepared for full operational functionality, creating a more organized and productive worksite.
Pavement and Drainage Line Construction
To improve infrastructure and prevent future drainage issues, we repaired and made operational a drainage line spanning approximately 100 feet. This drainage system covered an area of 20 acres, significantly improving water flow and site durability.
This project reflects A.D Construction’s deep commitment to public infrastructure, environmental responsibility, and high-impact civil engineering. It stands as a testament to our ability to manage complex, government-backed projects with excellence and innovation.
