




A.D Construction was honored to work with the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on multiple critical infrastructure upgrades at PAF Base Masroor, one of the most strategically important air bases in the country. This multi-faceted project focused on enhancing base security, expanding operational capacity, and maintaining aircraft infrastructure to support flight operations.

Scope of Work:
Reconstruction of the boundary wall near Tower No. 13 & 14.
Extension of the Crisis Control Center at the Security Wing.
Repair and maintenance of Aircraft Sheds for Main Tarmac No. 7, 8, and 9 Squadron Flight Line.
Construction of a VCB Room (Power House) within the base premises.
These developments were crucial for improving the security infrastructure, enhancing operational readiness, and extending the service life of essential aviation facilities.
Excavation of Site: Careful digging and leveling operations for structural foundations and utility pathways.
Soling: Ground stabilization with high-quality materials to ensure durable surface preparation.
Shuttering: Accurate framework installation for concrete casting.
Plastering: Interior and exterior finishes to improve longevity and aesthetics.
Bitumen Coating: Protective waterproof layering for enhanced durability of structures.
Block Masonry: Solid wall construction using premium-grade blocks for strength and security.
The successful completion of this project strengthened both the security infrastructure and operational facilities of PAF Base Masroor.
