These flats were built to accommodate non-combatant essential staff, offering modern housing facilities with a focus on structural integrity and interior excellence.

Scope of Work

The project included high-standard civil and interior works as follows:

  • Finishing Work: Overall internal and external finishing of all floors ensuring visual appeal and structural cleanliness.

  • Tiling: Installation of floor and wall tiles throughout kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.

  • Electric Work: Complete wiring, switchboards, lighting systems, and electrical safety implementation.

  • Sanitary Work: Fitting of pipelines, bathroom accessories, and connections for water supply and waste.

  • Sewerage Line: Underground sewerage system installation for proper waste disposal and hygiene.

  • Distemper: High-quality paint and wall finishing for a clean, polished look.

  • Carpenter Work: Fitting of doors, cupboards, and other custom wooden fixtures.

  • Grill and Aluminum Work: Installation of window grills, railings, and aluminum frames.

  • Skirting Work: Baseboard installation along walls for an elegant and clean floor finish.
