1. Construction of Office Block for HQ & 2 x Wings for Bhittai Rangers – Karachi

The construction of the Headquarters Office Block and two wings for Bhittai Rangers was designed to create functional and secure office spaces for operational staff. The project included the construction of multiple structural elements such as walls, floors, and ceilings, ensuring the building met military standards and security requirements.

Key Work Details:

  • Excavation of Site: The site was prepared through deep excavation, ensuring a solid foundation for the structure.

  • Stone Soling: A stone soling layer was laid for base stabilization and proper drainage.

  • Lean Concrete: A layer of lean concrete was poured as the base for further structural work.

  • Reinforcement & Concrete: High-strength reinforcement was implemented, followed by high-quality concrete pouring to ensure the building’s structural integrity.

  • Bitumen Coating: The building’s exterior was treated with bitumen coating to ensure protection from moisture and weather conditions.

  • Block Masonry & Plaster: Block masonry was used to construct walls, followed by internal and external plastering to provide smooth finishes and aesthetic appeal.

  • Yellow Texture Wall: External walls were finished with a durable yellow texture, enhancing the building’s overall look while offering weather resistance.

  • Installation of Glass & Aluminum Doors: Strong glass doors were installed for internal security, while aluminum doors were fitted for both durability and aesthetic appeal.

  • Window Ventilator: Ventilators were installed for proper air circulation within the office spaces.

  • Electric, Plumbing, & Sanitary Work: A full range of electric, plumbing, and sanitary systems were put in place to ensure the smooth operation of office spaces.

  • Floor Tiles & Washroom Tiles: Premium floor tiles were laid in office areas, with matching high-quality tiles used in washrooms for durability and easy maintenance.

2. Provision of Internal Water Supply for Bhittai Rangers – Karachi

A key aspect of ensuring the proper functioning of any headquarters is a reliable water supply system. A.D Construction was tasked with installing and setting up the internal water supply system for Bhittai Rangers, ensuring that the premises were fully equipped with modern plumbing.

  • Internal Plumbing Systems: Comprehensive internal plumbing was installed to ensure reliable water flow throughout the headquarters, including offices, washrooms, and other essential facilities.

3. Provision of External Water Supply for Bhittai Rangers – Karachi

In addition to the internal supply, we were also responsible for establishing the external water supply system to ensure that adequate water was available for the entire premises, including all outdoor facilities and utilities.

4. Construction of 2x Medical Inspection Rooms for Bhittai Rangers – Karachi

As part of the overall development, we were tasked with constructing two Medical Inspection Rooms (MIRs) for Bhittai Rangers. These rooms are crucial for the healthcare and well-being of the personnel and their families.

  • Internal Walls & Partitioning: Internal partitions were set up to create designated areas for consultation, examination, and recovery.

  • Plumbing & Electrical Work: Proper plumbing and electrical systems were installed to ensure the rooms were fully functional with medical-grade water and power supply.
